Wow! Today was twenty kinds of funsies! We learned a few new moves. One which involves positioning on my belly on the hoop, then rolling to the side and catching the hoop with an inner knee hold – exciting and extremely painful the first few times. Let me tell you – if you don’t position yourself “just right” on that hoop while on your belly you will regret it. Puke inducing pain in the girly parts – so proceed with thoughtful caution.
